I thought  that when I collected the certain amount of money I would  get the desired property. Yes, but no.  The hustle and bustle of buying a property started. Abundance of Real Estate Agencies in Bansko! However, this was not of any use and did not correspond to any of my wishies and requirements for the desired property in the beautiful Bansko. There were plenty of very kind ladies and gentlemen, a great amount of viewings, nevertheless the method was one and the same - they all offered me properties which they considered interesting. And naturally, I did not find anything to my taste and my vision. The only agent who asked me what I want, and then repeated after me to make sure she got it right,  was the company of Milena Milenkova - Imoti Bansko BG LTD. The following week we closed the deal -  it went smooth, easy, pleasant and honest. THis is not my first purchase- I would add- this purchase was a pleasure for me and my husband. There is only one problem - Milena Milenkova operates only in the Bansko area and I wonder who would assist us for our next purchase outside Bansko? People like Milena Milenkova are not easy to find. We would like to thank her and wish her luck!
